I bought these to give some padding to some of the nose pieces on my current glasses as the current original glasses hurt me wearing them for a few hours and more. They actually provide the extra cushioning I was looking for while still allowing my glasses to fit properly as they are thin. Both of my complaints are that it is very difficult to remove the backing paper from the adhesive side. Be prepared to use your fingernails, a sharp razor blade, etc. and this will be an issue due to its small size. They appear to be "cut" from one large piece of 3m material and there isn't a small edge to hold onto to remove the backing. The adhesive seems good when first applied, but after a week or so it tends to loosen and the adhesive tends to become "tacky" and lose its grip.
