I have been swimming every day for 2 months and have noticed that my hair feels like straw and becomes crispy even after washing my hair and conditioner in the shower. I have a water softener and a home filter so I know this isn't the case. I figured it must be pool related so I bought this set! And OMGโฆ it worked like clockwork! Hair instantly became soft, light and shiny. No more crispy and dry feeling. This is really a great product. I'm so glad I found it.
