The support is also very good and they are always willing to help when needed. It does have a very limited selection of templates. I would like to see more templates and more options. It is a very good tool for small businesses. I use it for invoicing customers and tracking payments. It is very easy to use and has all the tools and options that I need to keep good track of customer payments.
