To be honest I don't know how I ever did without it. I'm a software developer and spend a lot of time at my computer (16" MacBook Pro). This stand has a range of positions from a slight angle to almost vertical. It really helps with neck tension and makes typing easier - to the point where I rarely use my computer without a stand. It's also very durable when placed on a flat surface. I also like how compact and lightweight it is; I just toss it in my laptop bag. My only complaint is the adjustable feet won't snap into holes, meaning I have to realign it every time I pick up the stand and move it around.This is especially annoying when I'm moving between rooms, holding the laptop in one hand and trying to move it with me of the others as it's almost impossible to set up with one hand, but that didn't stop me from giving 5 stars.
