I bought this skirt from various sellers and this skirt was great with fullness, it was pure white and it fit great. But this stuff was itchy, I know my jewelry will stick to it. I can't explain what the material is but it was transparent and you could see the overlay underneath. But my biggest gripe was with the fabric. Although the skirt was huge and I liked it, it rubbed my arm and irritated me terribly, so I went back and chose the best option. Size 14/16 and I ordered XL and it fits great, just a little tight around the waist but fits without going in size.
