They had problems with the formula
I have been using Jacquard for a number of years now. But in the last few months (August 2021) they have been struggling. I don't know why. But I bought this product twice and added it to the mix twice and twice it was useless. I don't know, due to exposure to light or moisture in the supply chain, but this product does not work! I switched to the photographer's form. No problem.
