Solution kit for making silicone molds. In the kit you get 2 bottles labeled A and B. You mix the solutions together to make silicone. The instructions say to mix them in equal amounts by weight. That's probably true, but the bottles appear to contain the same amount by volume and solution B weighs about 5% more than solution A. So something is wrong here. After mixing you have about 20 minutes of working time. The silicone is fully cured after 12 hours, after which the epoxy can be poured. I love how the epoxy separates from this silicone. I had no problem with the epoxy parts sticking to the molds I made with this material. I was a bit confused on how to mix the silicone as the directions and quantities didn't exactly match. But I think silicone is pretty forgiving and you could probably mix equal amounts by volume or weight and still come out fine. Overall, this product is easy to work with and allows you to make strong molds for making epoxy products.
