This is the kind of fix I wanted for our kitchen but . the instructions left LOTS to be desired and one of the eye hooks broke off in the ceiling when screwing it in, leaving us with the dilemma of a hole to cover. We made a trip to the local hardware store and had to purchase four new matching hooks. Also, did not trust the small eye on the cable to hold the weight of the pans over my granite island, so instead of cutting off the excess, we wrapped it through the shelf hole again and over the hooks then secured it with tiny U clamps, also purchased at the hardware store. Looks nice but hoping the construction of the shelf is good enough to do the job.
