I like how easy it was to get set up with this system! There were many options that we could choose from when creating our profile for potential candidates but none of them felt right so they all needed tweaking until something fit us best (we're not big into customization).

The website makes finding new people super simple as well which helps me keep my pipeline full most days without having too much work myself since there's always plenty out here if you know where/how look :) Sometimes i have issues getting matched back together after sending messages or emails through their platform - sometimes takes awhile depending what kind of response time someone has been given by other users who might be looking at resumes already etc.. Overall though its worth checking because even just 1-2 qualified leads per month can really make an impact over your team size especially during busy times such year end.
