Review on 📷 Voyager WVOS541 Wireless Camera System with Built-in Speaker - 5.6" TFT LCD, Waterproof, Mirror Image Orientation by Antonio Scisson

The only option our new 34ft trailer didn't have was a backup camera, so I ordered it when we picked up the trailer from the dealer. . Installed at the campsite in about an hour the next morning. Very easy do-it-yourself installation. The monitor's suction cup mount sits in one of the cup holders in our Ford F250 and holds the monitor above the top of the dash (which I would find intrusive). The audio is very sensitive - I can easily hear what they are saying behind the trailer as I step back. The 65 mile video feed isn't HD, but I wasn't expecting it. At speed, the video is updated about every 1/2 second. If you're overtaking someone this works great to see if you've cleared the car you're overtaking and if there's room to get back in, which is the main reason we wanted this in the first place. Overall it has done exactly what we wanted/expected (so far) - I would highly recommend this unit to anyone driving a vehicle/RV with limited rear vision. Update: Looks like we have the same water issue. in the camera body as reported by others. This is very disappointing for a system at this price point as the cheap license plate frame camera in my other setup is 10 years old and still works well. I will contact the manufacturer to see if they are willing to support their product. I will report my results. Update #2: ASA (parent company) asked me to send them a camera for evaluation. Technically it wasn't a guarantee case, but they said they would look into it and respond accordingly. To be honest I didn't have much hope, but about a week later a brand new camera was on my doorstep! I would have chosen a different brand if they hadn't replaced the camera as the camera itself costs over $200 but they were behind it. I hope the exchange doesn't result in the same issues, but I can't say enough about customer service. So for now. 4 stars!
