Review on Club Precedent Double 2004 Up Electric by Francisco Holmes

Good price for a good lift

Overall easy installation. Directions weren't always properly marked, but the photos helped. As others have said, the hip joints are dangerously short. I will check them regularly as there is barely enough thread for the screws. Even then I can't set the camber perfectly. Replacements cost $30-$40 each, reducing the cost of the kit. If you replace them you'll be in the price range of a better kit. A second set of rear blocks is included that can be used if you have springs, but this is not mentioned anywhere in the literature provided. Make sure you have a grease gun with you before assembly as the levers are supplied without preload. Basically everything is fine, the price was acceptable, but the manufacturer has to voluntarily replace the hinges for security reasons. . My first review was with stock tires. I didn't think about where the suspension would sit with different tire sizes. I now have 14" rims with 23" tires mounted. With this setup I had to set the camber again, but this time in the opposite direction. The lower lip joints now have adequate threading through the nut and are installed securely and with perfect flex. I am now much happier with the setup and would have no hesitation in recommending this setup.
