Just want to point out the reviewers who are disappointed Starbucks/grocery store coffee doesn't taste better with this machine. This car is not to blame. Coffee machine. For example, one reviewer mentions Starbucks. Here's the thing: Starbucks tends to do "dark roasts" because they're always blending different beans that have different flavors and different qualities. In order for them to taste the same (so they get a consistent product), they need to use the dark roast technique (i.e., burn all the crap out of the beans) to hide the flaws. Starbucks is terrible coffee. This machine doesn't turn cheap, horrible beans into great coffee. If you give a chef like Eric Riperre rotten fish, he can't make great food, no matter how good he is. Origin coffee. It's expensive - you rarely find it in the supermarket - but it usually tastes a lot better when prepared properly. The mocha master basically mimics the hand pouring technique you see at lawyers in expensive cafes. It slowly and evenly extracts all the flavors from the beans to maximize the potential of the cup of coffee you can get from those beans. But then again, if you use low quality burnt beans like Starbucks, this machine can only extract that low quality burnt taste. If you don't have access to quality coffee, I would recommend a subscription service like tradecoffee. com which is a lot of fun and worth the money.
