Crappy controls, crappy customer service

Control boxes suck. LED lighting is perfect. but without a good controller they are useless. After my first one failed I was told they don't sell control boxes individually (why?). Like an idiot I bought another one thinking it was just bad luck. Well, the joke was mine. 2 control units per year, two sets of useless LED strips. And customer service, NOT. It's not that I wanted a new setup, I just wanted to replace my bad controller with a good replacement. A way to support your product.
