A good product. - Foot, Hand & Nail Care

I have been using Puritan Pride for about 6 months and my hair is thicker and shinier. I find that my hair growth has also improved. My nail growth is improving and nail strength is better, but I'm hoping for a thicker nail and understand that it takes time. I will continue to use this product.
