It's not cabled, but why pay for cables when you don't need it! I used this to wrap napkins rolled over heavy duty plastic utensils - a knife, fork and spoon. First, I secured the roll with a white paper towel. Then wrap it around the tape and secure with glue dots. Then I tied it with jute twine (tied with a bow). Then I slipped a stalk of red berries between them and the tissue paper. The party members were very complimentary! It didn't have an odd smell, it had finished edges, and it was a very nice burlap color. I think that's an AMAZING value!
