Made in China It's bold. Mineral oil. The cap is a bit loose, so the outside of the bottle is also oily. It could have been a lot worse. There is no security seal on the bottle. It arrived in a plastic mail bag so if the leak had been worse it would hopefully contain a mess. Disappointing lack of smell. and while he's in my arms I still can't smell him and he's not getting warm. it's an itch. The plunger is included separately.
