I really wanted to like this product

The sound and the convenience of the touch controls on this device are top notch. However, for me (an iPhone user) the problem is the insane amount of dripping. I've had over a dozen crashes while listening to a single CD from my iPhone. They're never long (usually 1 to 3 seconds) - but actually very annoying and make them too frustrating. Almost a great device - instead, it just doesn't work.
