These headphones exceeded my expectations. The packaging was professional and secure, the fit and finish of the product was top notch. They were easy to connect, the sound is great and the charge holds as advertised. When the case is charged, the earbuds will charge multiple times when placed in the case. They come with a quick start guide, which is enough to get you pairing them and learning the onboard controls. There's also a small instruction manual, a USB-C charging cable, and 3 extra sets of ear tips - S, M, and L. I have very small ear canals and found the small size to be a good fit and very comfortable (and doesn't fall out! ) The only downsides I've found so far are that the multifunction buttons are extremely sensitive and only require a light touch (no pressing). I'm still getting used to it. Also, I have normal-sized hands, but I have a hard time getting the headphones out of the charging case without touching, or even grabbing, the multi-function buttons as they don't stick out far from the case and get the lid in the way. (See picture) Also, the case just sits upside down on the table because the bottom is convex and there is a charging port. So when it's charging it has to be on the lid or upside down In general these headphones are great and a much cheaper buy than some of the brand name wireless earbuds available today for those who prioritize functionality over fashion. (Not that they're out of style, but they're not advertised on TV like models from well-known brands)
