Review on False Alarm Billing and Tracking by Jason Rogness

I like that it's very user friendly, easy to use, very accurate with the billing and tracking. There are some features that need to be added but they are working on it. It has been a great asset for us because we can track our alarms in one place. We have one account manager who handles all of our accounts and she loves using this system as well. We have also used other programs before and there was no way to keep track of everything and know what each customer is paying for. We can now see exactly how much every customer is being charged for their services.
