Not for bulky waistlines
If your waist is not slender (mine is 38 inches) and your body is not proportional, this will bring attention to your chunky waist. Length is fine. I'm 5'1" but the way that tulle skirt poufs is not flattering to anyone who does not have a proportional body or a more slender waist.
