Review on 🍳 Cooks Standard 16-Inch by 13-Inch Stainless Steel Roaster with Rack: Ultimate Rectangular Cookware by Jeffrey Crutcher

I have long wanted to buy a small fryer to replace the one my wife inexplicably threw away after the non-stick coating on the grate came off. I haven't found one that I really like until now. It doesn't have sloping sides like my old one, but I'll live with that. I chose stainless steel over non-stick because non-stick is short-lived. This one (14" x 12") fits almost anything I can roast, including a regular sized turkey (not a bird for me) and it's a little bigger than my old one. I like that the rack doesn't have cross braces in the work area, as those cross braces are notoriously difficult to clean. Haven't used it yet but plan to soon. It's clear it's well done and will outlive me. The reason I took off a star was because the first one I received had scratches on the rounded edges of the bottom of the pot. I received a replacement from Revain within a day and the replacement was intact. Such a beautiful pan! I can't wait to try this.
