A very solid and high quality roaster for the price. It's heavy so I'm not afraid of the handles breaking. It is suitable for medium-sized turkeys, large hams and large roast lambs. Washes very well. I like that the shelf doesn't have a non-stick coating. With previous nonstick pans, the coating was peeling off in places, making it difficult to clean and leaving flakes of the coating on my food. But not this pan. It works great and I will have it for years to come.

This brazier. SO durable. Simply the best. hands down I knew if I was going to buy it I had to make sure it was a sound investment. I'm impressed that this pan turned out to be pretty darn strong for the price - it's solid and not flimsy at all. And the glitter is so pretty. The fact that both the skillet and pan have their own sturdy handles means they're easy to move around. I used a baking sheet separately to cook the bacon on a baking sheet. Still easy cleaning, no sticking or mess.

I have long wanted to buy a small fryer to replace the one my wife inexplicably threw away after the non-stick coating on the grate came off. I haven't found one that I really like until now. It doesn't have sloping sides like my old one, but I'll live with that. I chose stainless steel over non-stick because non-stick is short-lived.
