You have to use a sweeping movement with your finger to get the buttons to work.

First thing you need to learn is that you have to use a sweeping movement with your finger to get the buttons to work. pressing only works half the time. it has a great picture. no sound. It takes pictures but the SD card reader does not work. So you only get 35 pictures. set the motion detector on Low and that will help. I just hope it lasts keep my fingers crossed.

The product works, but value for price is on the high side without wifi option. Purchase other doorbell camera with wifi option was way less.
