This adapter is great, smaller and more compact than my previous adapter. However, there is a problem with this adapter. In Australia, most sockets have a switch just above the socket. This adapter covers the outlet switch making it difficult to operate the switch, but more importantly it doesn't rest against the wall plate so it dangles a bit. It's still fine, and as long as I make sure it's used properly, it will work. I still prefer it to my older one because of its shape and size. Whilst the design is quite clever as it easily rotates the pins from US to AU, two additional steps need to be taken as each pin needs to be rotated separately to fit the Australian socket.
