I found this product by accident. My mom lives in a nursing home and every time I've been there it smelled amazing. So I asked the maintenance staff what they were using, well he went into the wiper room and found this product so I rushed home, found it on Amazon, ordered about 30 cans and boy did I get a bargain. For the first time ever, yes. So the first time I used the whole jar I went upstairs to my room and the smell came up the stairs and it was strong, I mean strong. I told myself that I had stumbled upon a treasure trove of scents. Well I've vacuumed it and it doesn't smell, well, not like it smelled in the seniors' building. So I thought maybe I need to step up. After a week or so I said it wasn't what I felt as the room started smelling musty and I put that in, it took away the musty smell so that's good for that. Eventually I tracked down the cleaner and asked what they use in the building and it turned out they use the TimeMist product and the scent was Spring Flowers and Amazon also sells TimeMist products so yes I had a lot of carpets . fresh which I like but as the smell doesn't linger I won't be buying it again but TimeMist in the Spring Flowers is really good and I apply it by spraying directly onto the carpet fiber in a few spots. and it's late. I do it at night and in the morning. You can spray it in the air, but if you bend down and spray it directly onto the carpet fiber, it sort of locks it in the fibers.
