They made the process of producing videos easy for us. No glitches in editing time or anything like that. The team was awesome to work with. They worked really hard to ensure your needs were met well. Their prices are amazing, but don't expect them to give you free consultation since this is a business after all. You have to pay for it either way but they are definitely worth it. I am very happy with our partnership so far. The only thing about working with them is that my marketing consultant made it hard to get an update on projects that we had submitted. He just didn't respond to text messages as much as he should have and took forever to reply to emails. Be patient and follow up. This will make it easier once final project results hit. I used them for a social campaign to market a new product line for my company. I have enjoyed working with people from this organization over many years now as well in my current position at The Center for Social Innovation (CSI). They always go above an beyond when it comes time make sure their team members' needs get met - whether they're new or experienced employees! It's been great having someone who truly cares about your career growth & development within CSI-Chicago/RIPMediaGroup -- even if you've only worked there briefly!!
