With a little work, it makes a big head start!
I have one of those dogs that I can't control. with a fence or a regular leash. This dog literally climbed fences, pulled out posts, pulled out cement posts, and gave my fence posts a "gangster lean." I bought this as a replacement for others as they were so short and "tweaked" it to allow the long line to be used on a 100ft hooklink with a drag spring to prevent it from becoming too strong is pulled. Works great and can roam most of my yard. Definitely a great alternative and temporary fix until we can put up a fence he can't escape lol.
