The ability to have a single place to manage all of our inventory, orders, and customers. It is a very robust system and is very easy to navigate. There is a lot of customization that can be done to make it look exactly how you want. The interface is very difficult to navigate for those who are not very tech savvy. The customer support is also not the best. I have not had any issues with the system itself, but I have had to call customer service multiple times to resolve issues. Spice has allowed us to organize our inventory and have a single source to track all of it. We are also able to keep track of all of our customers and their orders. It is also easy to access all of this information from anywhere.
