Like many who now work semi-permanently from home and live in a small apartment, a full home office setup is not an option. Likewise, the space (both workspace and storage space) for a full-fledged second monitor is not ideal for me. So I got tired of working on my work laptop's tiny 14-inch screen and started looking for an alternative. Although there are several portable options, this is the one I went with. I don't need my own power supply, it draws power from a connected laptop without sacrificing overall battery life. I can also connect the laptop's power supply to the monitor to stream to the laptop at the same time. This means I can use the monitor anywhere with my laptop with no external power supply or worst case scenario with a single power supply. Perfect for all my work needs. The picture is sharp and clear. The colors are great. It's just as good as my laptop display, just bigger. It also plays videos well, so if I have to go on a business trip (or ) I can just take it with me and watch something on it, or plug it in to play a game (though I wouldn't recommend it). those who want to play seriously). It is very light and comes with a carrying case. Based on a user's review that the screen was damaged, I have placed the protective cardboard from the original packaging inside the case and am now confident that I can carry it around in my bag with minimal risk. The only problem I had was with the initial connection. I have ugreen USB-C cables and when I used them I had no image on the monitor and the computer didn't recognize it. This was fixed with the supplied cable. This isn't the monitor's fault and I may need to upgrade some of my other cables to provide adequate bandwidth. Overall I am very happy with this monitor. It's lightweight and portable. It more than doubled my screen real estate, and at the end of the day it packs away easily without taking up much storage space. The fact that I don't need any extra power and that the laptop's power supply is enough for everything is also a huge plus.
