I saw a review of this tub on youtube and decided to try it. So glad I did! Most people use them for ice baths, but I use them as a hot tub. I'm only 6 inches shy and my knees stick out of the tub. This allows my whole body - up to my ears - to dive in and enjoy the warmth. What's really cool is that it fits perfectly in my fixed bathtub. I put a drain valve on the side of the shower head in the bathtub to allow the water to drain effortlessly. I discovered a trick that allows you to keep the water temperature longer. the top of the bathtub and cut out a gap so only my head can fit through. When I'm ready to jump, I lift the mylar sheet, climb inside, and then lower it over my head. HOT! If you really want to take it to the next level, throw in a cup of Epsom Salts or Magnesium Flakes for ultimate muscle relaxation. IT'S LIKE A SPA IN MY HOME!
