Updated review: Okay, that was some kind of operator error. Of course, in order for them to work, they must be inserted, but they must be inserted into all the pins that touch at the right point, and then locked (they have vampire-like teeth to lock the strip's placement). It hurt, but not that much. I was very surprised that it was necessary to place the strip so precisely, not sure if this is just the nature of all the connectors or these specific ones. Nonetheless, I would order them again. They are fully functional once installed and offer perfect flexibility in strip placement. I would recommend them, but be aware of how difficult it is to line them up. The 4 stars are due to the need for precise placement, not a quick plug and play connection. Also get them when you need them. First rating with 1 star: I was impressed. Didn't want to break my old soldering iron. I wish I was lazy. My LED strip is a 10mm 5050 waterproof strip and of course I removed the silicone/TPU from the connectors. Despite the easy connection, I read their instructions before cutting and connecting to make sure there were no surprises. I never got over the first plug without problems. If it would light up at all, it would be 2-3 colors of R, W, G and B, flickering or the wrong colors would light up (if red was set to 1, green would be to 2). Sometimes two different channels had the same color. Yes, I paid attention to all the details when connecting. I'll check if anything changes, but I wasn't expecting it, I've tried to connect every way I can. Can add videos to show examples of problems.
