Not what was expected of cuticle oils
Very disappointed, my fault for not checking the ounces but who in their right mind would pay nearly $18 for a mini bottle of helium base. I used to buy a bigger size cheaper at Revain. I am a salon owner and I really needed to get these items fast as I live 45 minutes from a professional shop. Lesson learned!
