I knew our trip to Washington DC would be filled with walking. August in DC is pretty muggy and hot, and I wanted something to "wash" in the sink after a long hot day of walking outside and visiting museums. I used them several times during our trip. Simply fill the sink with warm water and the contents of a sachet and add your clothes. That was enough to wash a pair of shorts, a sleeveless or short-sleeved shirt, a pair of socks and something lewd with each full sink. Then I rinsed the clothes several times with warm water, wrapped them in a towel and hung them up to dry. They arrived clean and smelled fresh. I was able to wear these clothes a second time on the same trip and felt fresh and clean in them, which I wouldn't have if I couldn't get them so clean. In addition, the delivery was quick. I was told it would take over a week and thinking the packages wouldn't arrive until after we got back I was disappointed. But the packages arrived after just a few days and I was able to take them with me right away. I will definitely buy them for future trips. No leaking bottles, no fiddling around trying to pack tide made or washing machines into smaller containers, no clutter. Just slip them into a small plastic sleeve in your bathroom bag and set off on your journey. You also no longer have to carry used, smelly clothes home. Husband and daughter didn't "want to fool around" and had to bring home smelly, gross, crusty, unwashed clothes. Not me. I will never travel without her again.
