Difficult to heat and not to reshape!
I'd rather spend a bit more to get something that shapes better. There are pieces of hard plastic in the area of the molars and front teeth. First you need to bring the water to a boil so it's hot enough to shape. Once formed, it will NOT be formed again. I had to do this 3 times because the water wasn't hot enough and at that point the plastic was too deformed and these hard bits were sticking out and digging into my cheek and cutting my tongue! Don't waste money.
