When choosing another model (I chose from series A as a gift), I went to the branded salon. And the consultant advises me S20FE. So series A is even worse than this? And in response to my story that this is an extremely unsuccessful model, the consultant told me that I was NOT LUCKY to buy a model with a "bad" processor. There were many calls for overheating, etc. and the manufacturer re-released the model. And those who were not lucky and the flashing did not help - well . these are the problems of the Indians. "Try again. Now everything is fine with us," that's the entire responsibility of the manufacturer to the buyers he let down. You know, it happens that a hidden marriage occurs and it's just unlucky, something "bugged out", or maybe there is a mistake in the party. But the fact that the company, having recognized the errors of the model, did not take any responsibility upon itself, placing all the risks on the client, this greatly undermines trust. I do not want to rely on "luck" anymore. In the 21st century, technology companies must be held accountable for the product they produce. But that's not all. I previously read the company's responses to reviews on this model - this is very unpleasant, hypocrisy and unprofessionalism. Samsung's position is that the user is always to blame. There is no sincere desire to help in any of the answers, only to "discard". And I’m sitting here, now I don’t know which smartphone to buy for my mother as a gift, I don’t trust Samsung now. I even asked them to send some instructions on what to do to the user if he encounters such smartphone jambs. There are no such instructions, only assurances - "take it, this model is excellent": (( I remember how another large company in the bearded years, due to a massive model problem, simply replaced it with an ated model. But that's Apple. So draw your own conclusions. My loyalty was blown away by the wind not so much from the problem of the model, but from such an attitude of the company.
