In the picture 6/7 under a pair of 4/5, and as fate would have it, my son landed right in between. My son is on the autism spectrum and his school allowed him to wear them due to his sensory defences. They are excellent if your child is struggling with them. But unfortunately I have to wait another year until it's 6/7 and no in-between sizes are offered.
