Review on Dialog Analytics by Dana Mahendra

The tool is very intuitive to use, it gives you all that information in one place at once which makes your work easier as an analyst. It's also easy enough for non-technical people to understand what they are looking at. I would like to be able to create more detailed reports with better drill down capability so we can see deeper into our data. However overall this tool has been extremely helpful in giving us insight about how customers interact with our product and where there could potentially be room for improvement.
