They have also created some useful extensions like in-chat search/categorization API, as well as integration with HubSpot (which is awesome btw!). The tool is very intuitive to use, it gives you all that information in one place at once which makes your work easier as an analyst. It's also easy enough for non-technical people to understand what they are looking at. I would like to be able to create more detailed reports with better drill down capability so we can see deeper into our data.
