Great tool for building custom dashboards for your bot

The ability to build custom dashboards with multiple data sources without having to write code is great! There are some features that could use some work, but I think it's a matter of time before they're improved. If you need a tool that allows you to create customized dashboards easily, this is a good option. We needed a tool that would allow us to collect customer feedback from our chatbot and display them in an easy-to-read format. This was perfect for our needs. The UI is quite simple, so…

Best Conversation Analytics Tool for Enterprise Chat

I used it over 3 years ago but didn't realize then that they do more than just chatbot analytics! They have also created some useful extensions like in-chat search/categorization API, as well as integration with HubSpot (which is awesome btw!). But there are other products better suited to non-English market. We've managed our entire customer support department's workflow using dialog analytics - from live chats all day long through out. Great Tool For Getting Insights Into Your Web Analytics

The tool is very intuitive to use, it gives you all that information in one place at once which makes your work easier as an analyst. It's also easy enough for non-technical people to understand what they are looking at. I would like to be able to create more detailed reports with better drill down capability so we can see deeper into our data.
