We needed a tool that would allow us to collect customer feedback from our chatbot and display them in an easy-to-read format. This was perfect for our needs. The UI is quite simple, so it's easy to get started with. It also provides you with some advanced features like prediction or conversation modeling in case your bot needs more complex data processing capabilities. I think that Dialog could have provided more detailed documentation about all available APIs and integrations. We are currently using this tool as an additional layer of AI-powered customer service within our chatbot. This helps us provide better support and answers faster.
