I used it over 3 years ago but didn't realize then that they do more than just chatbot analytics! They have also created some useful extensions like in-chat search/categorization API, as well as integration with HubSpot (which is awesome btw!). But there are other products better suited to non-English market. We've managed our entire customer support department's workflow using dialog analytics - from live chats all day long through out. And we saved so much time because of accurate data gathering about conversations happening within different departments. Also helped us reduce phone call rates significantly due to higher accuracy when predicting what users want or need at any given point during conversation. I love that I can quickly create a conversation model with just a few clicks of a button, and I can see how well it's really working in real time. It isn't as flexible as other platforms out there, but it is very easy to use once you know where to look. We are using this to monitor customer service calls. The reports give me insights into what we're doing wrong and how we can improve our processes.
