Review on Phanteks PH F200SP_BBK 200Mm Premier Blades by David Jenkins

Revainrating 4 out of 5

High quality at an affordable price

Initial Review: The material is very strong and feels strong, the rubber corners reduce vibration and the bearing used is virtually silent. The fan moves quite a bit of air without much noise like a 200mm fan should; However, fan speed is poorly controlled (at least with ASUS AI Suite), meaning the fan runs at full speed all the time. In general, the processing quality is good, although I would have liked more variability in the speed settings.

Pros
  • The PH-F200SP has an oversized base with a magnetic brushless DC motor to avoid resonance effects and ensure rotational stability. Phanteks redesigned the rear frame of the PH-F200SP to increase structural strength.
Cons
  • Available in black only.
