I had such terrible pain in my lower back caused by sciatica that I could barely stand up. No painkillers helped, not even prescription drugs. I was walking and my lower back was tight and causing a lot of pain. I was willing to try anything. So I went online/Amazon to see if there was anything that might provide relief. I stumbled across a few of them and read a lot of reviews along the way. Figured out the price, what have I got to lose. My back couldn't get much worse. WOW. I'm so glad I got this. I don't really enjoy writing reviews, but if I enjoy a product and can help someone else, I do write a review. It was a little awkward to lie down at first (level 1) but I've read that you have to be patient. And so it was. I tried to relax and try the different stretches outlined in the instructions they give you. After about 10 minutes I rolled back and was amazed. No, I was with EXTATIC. But I remained skeptical. I went about my business, packing and preparing things around the house for the next day, and noticed that my back never gave out. It does not hurt. I still had hip pain, and that's when I realized I still had pain in my lumbosacral region (which was there, but my back hurt so bad it was obscured), but I was able to function. I woke up this morning, still no back pain, just some lower back pain (I've had sciatica for a while since I was pregnant so my pain tolerance is pretty high) and lay on a stretcher again for a few minutes. As many people have said, hold on to it like a stretch. Again, no back pain. I was able to pick up my sons with no problems! I am so grateful! WORTH EVERY PENNY! As a mother, I don't have time for debilitating back pain. I will still be doing some stretches from my sciatica physical therapy, but I can do them BECAUSE my back doesn't let me bend over all the time. If you doubt it and have terrible back pain, just give it a try. What do you have to lose? back pain? I'm glad I did. I almost yelled about it from the rooftops last night! I hope this review helps someone else. But like I said, it's not all a solution and a miracle for everyone or an instant cure for everyone. But the pain he took away from me was more than enough to at least make me feel human again. This allowed my back to stretch enough to reduce inflammation and allow my back to heal. This is the key. So everything is fixed? No, probably not, but this is a GREAT start and a life saver if it can spare me the pain.
