That's really 12 cat collars for the price of 1.5. The tear-off is strong enough to resist collar-hating cats for a while, and the reflective strip is REALLY bright! I took the bells off because I think 24/7 listening would be really annoying and because I want my cats to be hunters/I want them to sneak up on mice - but the bells were surprisingly good too. I can buy another pack to have on hand. My cats don't wear tags, but I want them to be recognizable as house cats and have a collar to accurately identify them as non-strays.
