belt is bleeding. Attention buyers

This doggie in the belt has red paint on my creamy white designer dress! When a company makes a belt, you can at least hope that they use a process that prevents the paint from dripping off the belt and ruining people's clothes. I'm upset that a cheap belt ruined an expensive dress. I needed a thin red belt and would have paid more for a higher quality. It definitely wasn't worth it.
