Great inexpensive way to change the collar

My cat is a very talented child who has learned to remove the collar from the outside. He'll wear one for a month and then he's gone. Or he can wear one a day, and then THAT'S NOT. I had to replace a few and was tired of paying retail. I was looking for a cheaper alternative and here it is. Interestingly he's still wearing that collar after a few months - not sure if the collar security is less sensitive or I just got lucky. The reflective part is still there and serves its purpose as well.
