I used twiddle for many years in my old agency to help with presentations that needed some animation. It was very simple compared to other products we were using at the time such as GoToWebinar on Adobe Connect which allowed us far more features including customizations like speaker notes, chat rooms etc - but also much higher costs associated if you had additional attendees or users/participant seats required beyond what came standard within their package plan - not an option offered by twiddler when pricing up your solution! Our client now uses it extensively across all departments internally so easy access from any place online has saved me loads of work travel / office hours previously spent driving around town presenting. Easy to use and configure. The support team are very helpful and responsive. I have not found anything that I dislike about this product so far. Very easy to set up meetings with colleagues from around the world. We can now easily share documents and screen sharing in real time while we are meeting. This feature was missing before. It's a great tool for remote working. We can also do presentations.
