Great Communication Tool For Cross Function Teams

I love that it's so easy to use! It has become our core communication tool across functions (engineering & product). There are some minor UI issues with how certain things look/work from time to time but nothing major - just enough room for improvement if needed. If you're working remotely or have distributed teams this helps keep everyone informed about what needs attention where without having to email back n forth constantly. Great collaboration tool for internal teams

I love that my entire team can access everything with one login! It's always nice when things are as easy or easier than expected ;) We were able use it before implementation so we didn't really have any problems but now after rolling out internally everyone loves how quick our time has gone from getting work done manually through email/google docs etc - this saves hours every day!! Also like being part way there since its very intuitive which makes finding new features much quicker (we've had…

Pros
  • Able to log into system at home using same credentials.
  • No other apps required in addition besides outlook / google account
  • Ability for anyone within organization, even those away temporarily without an IP address,
  • Very fast response times once approved by admin
Cons
  • Mostly okay, but...

But, I found that once you sign up for an account, it's very difficult to get people to use your website. It took me about two weeks before anyone signed up. Also, they don't give any help in setting up the site. They say "come back if you have problems". If you are not technical savvy, you will end up wasting a lot of time figuring out how to use their service. I would recommend another option.

  • It takes too long to figure out how to customize your website.
  • I spent almost a week going through different webpages and getting nowhere.
