Edit: I don't really understand why it says I'm too big. I had a small/medium size - it even says so on the packaging. I had a fourth metacarpal fracture and needed something to hold it in place while it heals. I have fairly small hands, and while it definitely helped a lot in keeping my injured finger in place, I had to keep adjusting it because my hand almost slipped out. But keeping that in mind, it really isn't too much of a problem. All the more of a minor annoyance. For the price you pay this is a great product. I'm on the way to a full recovery thanks to wearing these for a few weeks.
