Sent back. It is Not up and down as easy as I thought it would be. Maybe the more one uses it, the easier it would get. The first time I set up the tent the anchor eyelet on top pole tore off. The sand bag anchor material is way to thin and started to rip. Do not adjust position of tent with sand in them. After it was set up I was concerned about the durability of this, the seams seemed to be not quite up to par and over time I could see some failing. Will order another brand and see. These beach tents are a great idea and does offer shade and blocking of wind.
