I love how customizable it is. It allows me to choose what kind of content I want my audience to see, when they are supposed to see it, and where they are in the site. The only downside is you can't customize your content in advance (you have to create it in real time). You do get quite a bit for your money. If you don't mind working with a partner that does lots of customization for you, then this product may be perfect for you. We needed an easy way to record and share training sessions across our different teams. This tool enabled us to do that and give each team member access to different content at different times. Some folks were viewing our online courses while others needed to attend live trainings. I also like being able to see which areas of the website my audience is most interested in.
